A group of pizza makers and dough acrobats whose goal is to promote the pizza industry.

To promote sportsmanship, camaraderie and goodwill among all pizzamakers and acrobats.


Option 1:
2 professional skilled acrobats – REAL dough - (US or MEXICO)
The pizza spinners would be responsible for making the REAL dough, storing it and rolling it out.

Option 2:
2 professional skilled acrobats – THROW dough - (US or MEXICO)
The pizza spinners would be responsible for making the THROW dough, storing it and rolling it out

Option 3:
1 professional skilled and 1 intermediate acrobats – REAL dough - (US or MEXICO and FRANCE)
The pizza spinners would be responsible for making the REAL dough, storing it and rolling it out

Option 4:
1 professional skilled and 1 intermediate acrobats – THROW dough - (US or MEXICO and FRANCE)
The pizza spinners would be responsible for making the THROW dough, storing it and rolling it out

Other ‘Pizza Spinners’ are from: Italy, Spain or Romania (depending on the budget)


All options are ex.:
Transportation (from the country they are coming from), hotel expenses + equipement to make dough (this can be done through finding companies that have those products already at the exhibition or through finding a pizzeria who wouldn't mind letting us use their kitchen in the morning and taking up some of their refrigeration).
